FAQ

DO YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE AND WHAT KIND OF PERMITS ARE REQUIRED?

Yes, we carry General Liability Insurance. You are required to obtain event insurance.

For any permits required by the venue, it is the clients' responsibility to secure those. Please check with your venue.  â€‹

DO YOU OFFER THE SALE OR PROVISION OF ALCOHOL? 

We do not offer the sale or provision of alcohol due to Mississippi state law. However, you can supply your own and our attendees can serve it. This allows you to obtain alcohol at the lowest cost within your budget. We can help guide you through suggestions to ensure your event is a success. 

* We reserve the right to check IDs and refuse service to underage guests.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL? 

We are located in the heart of Jackson. We will travel within a 30 mile radius free of extra charge. Anything outside of that radius will be an additional 67 cents per mile. 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY? 

We ask that you make all payments using cash, cashiers check, money order, credit card, Venmo, PayPal or Cash App. We require a 50% deposit be made at booking with the balance due 7 calendar days prior to your event.  If there is a cancellation within 45 days of your event, the deposit is nonrefundable unless we secure another event.  In cases of inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule according to availability. 

IS A POWER SOURCE REQUIRED? 

We require a power source within 50 feet of the trailer (50-100 foot extension cord provided). We do offer a generator package if needed. Please contact for additional information.

CAN WE TRANSPORT THE TRAILER OURSELVES? 

No. Our team will deliver and pick up the trailer.

DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT? 

We love our service men and women. Please inquire for more detail on how we can accommodate.
